Bentham-Funded Australian Class Action Against UGL Settles for $8.3MM

IMF Bentham has been funding a class action on behalf of Clime Capital, which alleges that engineering and infrastructure firm UGL breached its continuous disclosure obligations in failing to alert shareholders about rising costs for its Ichthys power project. A settlement for $8.3MM has now been reached in the case.
