AMP, the Aussie financial giant which is facing a massive shareholder class action being led by law firm Maurice Blackburn on a no win, no fee basis, is facing a second class action – this one on behalf of customers. The action is again being led by Maurice Blackburn, this time funded by Harbour Litigation Funding.
