The program—which Texas Lawyers Assistance Program director Bree Buchanan helped produce—is called “Fierce & Gritty: Resilience Training for Lawyers” and aims to provide lawyers with strategies to build resilience in their lives and profession.

“Developing resilience is critical for lawyers to maintain fitness to practice and to avoid running afoul of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct or applicable state rules,” the webinar description says. “We need to be able to bounce back quickly from setbacks, face challenges with a positive perspective, and feel energized rather than depleted.”

Learn more about the webinar scheduled for December 19 from 12-1:30 p.m. and register on the American Bar Association website.
