Judge Shadur sua sponte fined plaintiff $100 for failure to comply with Local Rule 5.2(f) – requiring courtesy copies of all papers, including complaints, be served on chambers within one business day of filing. The Court also ordered that plaintiff immediately comply with Rule 5.2(f), and noted that the complaint courtesy copies requirement was prominently displayed on the Court’s webpage.
