- First up, it’s Trust on Trial from renowned California law firm Downey Brand—this one specifically authored by attorneys Jeff Galvin and Tyson Hubbard. In their own words, the goal with the publication is to “discuss the hot button issues in California trust and probate estate litigation, ranging from the flash points that we often see in our practices to the recent cases and new laws in the field.”
- It’s always a thrill when we roll out the first publication that provides a firm’s blog network with a new look, and the first such blog boastin Taft’s new look is Taft Stettinius & Hollister‘s Private Equity Law Insight. The blog aims to cover news and trend related to the private equity industry, with posts on M&A, securities and regulatory matters, and debt and equity financing.
