Washington State Department of Health is reporting 1 ill and Colorado Department of Health is reporting 4 ill. Others are ill in Montana and Utah from E. coli O157:H7 linked to Costco Chicken Salad.
Given its size, Costco had not had many outbreaks in the last few years.
