Dallas Diversity Task Force to present 10th Anniversary Report

The Dallas Diversity Task Force will host its annual panel discussion and present its 10th Anniversary Report from noon to 1:30 p.m. on October 6 at the Belo Mansion in Dallas. The report is an annual summary of the diversity of Dallas County attorneys.

Guest panelists include Frank Stevenson, State Bar of Texas president-elect; Chris Luna, chief counsel of Metro PCS; and moderator John Treviño, regional privacy officer of BT Americas, Inc. The panel will be followed by an awards presentation to recognize firms that have made it a top priority to increase workplace diversity.

The task force was created to increase diversity in the legal profession and is made up of minority sister bar associations including the Dallas Asian American Bar Association, Dallas Women Lawyers Association, Dallas Hispanic Bar Association, J.L. Turner Legal Association, and the Dallas Gay & Lesbian Bar Association.
