The football-playing Gronkowski brothers sue t-shirt company for selling GRONK shirts, alleging Federal trademark and various Massachusett state claims including right of publicity.

Grammar note regarding paragraph 11: both ‘More important’ and ‘more importantly’ are acceptable usages.
