Despite the fact that it’s the day before Memorial Day weekend, we still saw 139 posts on the LexBlog Network. Robin Shea and Daniel Schwartz, two of the Network’s best employment lawyers, offer up interesting posts while John Whitaker chimes in on the big Google win over Oracle.
