$1.5 Million Verdict in Marion County Drunk Driver Case

On Tuesday a Marion County jury rendered a $1.5 million verdict in an auto collision case. The plaintiffs were the family of a 22-month old boy who was killed in the wreck. The child’s father and sister also suffered injuries.

The defendant was a drunk driver who was driving on the wrong side of the highway.

Paul Snow of Jackson and Mike Ratliff and Bill Jones of Hattiesburg represented the plaintiffs.
