December Nationwide New Home sales climb (read more here). Keep in mind the total numbers are still comparatively low, but at least the direction is up. I think this is consistent with the NW development activity and is carrying into January. Still a lot of debt to climb out of, but the Big National developers are not going to sit on their banked land forever.
