A few weeks ago we highlighted a post by Stuart Carpey on an insurance agent Facebook ‘friending’ one of his clients. It seemed bizarre, but not necessarily ill-willed. Today, Dan Clement comments on New York attorneys now being allowed to ‘friend’ an opposing party in a lawsuit in order scour their profile for incriminating evidence. Very interesting stuff.
