While in the past I have tended to give my random observations on the state of things in Missoula, MT, where I lived until two months ago. Well, today we actually have a post with a story originating from Missoula. It turns out the police destroying evidence of alleged excessive force and a wrongful arrest can get them in trouble. Who knew?
