Tamara Mellon Brand, LLC, a women’s clothing retailer, has commenced a case (Case No. 15-12420) under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code by filing a petition with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Judge Kevin Gross will preside over the case. The debtor has proposed a prepackaged plan of reorganization and filed a related disclosure statement.
