New Delaware Chapter 11 Filing – Pinktoe Tarantula Limited

By Cole Schotz on February 20, 2018

Pinktoe Tarantula Limited, along with two of its affiliates and subsidiaries, has filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 18-10344).  The Debtors, doing business as Charlotte Olympia, are a London-based designer of women’s luxury footwear and accessories.  Pinktoe’s petition reports $1 – $10 million in assets and $10 – $50 million in liabilities.  Onward Holdings, a Japanese luxury group, acquired a controlling stake in the Debtors in August 2017.   A claims and noticing agent has not yet been proposed.  The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Kevin J. Carey.

Contact Norman L. Pernick or Nicholas J. Brannick for more information regarding this matter.  Please note, however, that Cole Schotz P.C. does not represent the debtors in these cases and cannot respond to questions directed toward the debtors.
