I wanted to share some interesting news with you. The Picower Institute for Learning and Memory at MIT, named in honor of Barbara and Jeffry Picower, will celebrate its formal opening with a major scientific symposium entitled “The Future of the Brain.” The symposium will be held on Thursday, December 1 at The Picower Institute for Learning and Memory in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The symposium will focus on future of neuroscience research. There will be speakers from many well-known institutions, including the National Institute of Mental Health and Harvard Medical School.
