Partner Timothy Longman will take part in a panel titled “New Tools in a Toolkit for Fighting the Unilateral Conduct” at the International Competition Network Unilateral Conduct Workshop, April 15-17, 2026, in Prague, Czechoslovakia. The session will review how changes and behaviors can harm competition and how new competition tools, regulations and interim measures like NCAs can help correct them.

Longman is a Non-Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network for Unilateral Conduct, Mergers and Competition Agency Procedures (appointed by the U.S.). The ICN is the only global body devoted exclusively to competition law enforcement and its members represent national and multinational competition authorities.
