A Missouri attorney who was previously suspended by the state’s highest court has been reinstated.
Attorney Jay Kimmons was suspended by the court in 2014 for failure to pay taxes and noncompliance with Rule 15.
The Moberly attorney is now in good standing with the Missouri Bar.
