Laura P. Haley, Smith Law Group’s newest member, recently obtained a new trial after entry of a no-answer default judgment. On April 1, 2015, the trial court granted the motion for new trial, reversing the judgment rendered on February 10, 2015. The trial court held the defendant met the Craddock v.
