New Chapter 11 Filing – Transformation Tech Investors, Inc.

On November 11, 2020, Transformation Tech Investors, Inc., a Missouri-based provider of security, network, voice and business intelligence services, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case 20-12970).  The company reports $100 thousand to $500 thousand in assets and $100 million to $500 million liabilities.  A link to the Transformation Tech Investors, Inc.
