Adam is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on complex construction and commercial litigation. He represents developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals in matters involving alleged construction and design defects, breach of contract, warranty claims, negligence, fraud, and other business disputes.
Before joining HHMR, Adam spent nearly two decades developing a broad litigation and trial practice. He represented businesses, financial institutions, utilities, developers, and other clients in disputes involving real estate, energy and natural resources, product liability, complex torts, finance, securities, and corporate matters. That experience allows him to evaluate construction disputes from both legal and business perspectives and provide practical guidance in cases involving significant exposure and complicated technical issues.
Since joining HHMR, Adam has distinguished himself through his judgment, professionalism, and thoughtful approach to litigation. He has earned the confidence of clients and colleagues through his ability to identify the issues that matter, communicate clearly, and develop focused strategies tailored to each client’s objectives.
“Adam is an excellent lawyer and a true team player,” said Lisa Dunn, a member of HHMR. “He approaches difficult cases thoughtfully, takes pride in his work, and makes the people around him better. His promotion is well earned, and I am delighted to welcome him as a Partner.”

Adam’s elevation recognizes not only the quality of his legal work, but also the leadership and commitment he brings to HHMR. It reflects the firm’s belief that attorneys who consistently demonstrate excellence, embrace its values, and contribute to the success of clients and colleagues should have the opportunity to advance and help shape its future.
“Adam arrived at HHMR as an accomplished and experienced litigator, and he quickly became an important part of our team,” said founding member David McLain. “He brings sound judgment, valuable perspective, and a steady presence to difficult cases. We are a better firm because Adam is part of it, and I could not be happier to recognize his contributions by elevating him to Partner.”
