Registration for the best national appellate CLE program is now open.

Here’s the link: https://judges.org/appellate judges edu/about-ajei. You need to be there.

The AJEI Summit will be held November 12-15, 2026, in Philadelphia.

Speakers and presenters include Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, Akhil Amar, Judge Diane Wood, Jeffrey Rosen, Judge Margaret McKeown, and Jonathan Turley. They will address such topics as ethics, writing, recent U.S. Supreme Court opinions, deep fakes, evidence, SCOTUS history, and a host of other pertinent legal matters.

Remember, too, that the Summit has as much to offer appellate practitioners as it does for appellate judges. The Summit offers a glorious opportunity to make or renew professional relationships and learn what’s going on in state and federal courts of appeal.

The Summit site in Philadelphia is particularly appropriate this semiquincentennial year. The program will offer ample opportunities for enjoying the historical ambience of our fust capital city.

One change from previous Summits is that you can sign up for either the full four-day Summit or for the Saturday and Sunday sessions only, at a reduced price. In addition, scholarships will be available. So sign up now and take advantage of the early bird reduced rates. I hope to see you there!
