Gov. Mike Kehoe appointed Jeffery McPherson as circuit judge in the 21st Judicial Circuit, according to an announcement on April 4.
McPherson, who lives in Webster Groves, is a partner at Armstrong Teasdale and currently serves on the Appellate Missouri Bar Association. He obtained his law degree from Saint Louis University.
He is filling the vacancy created by Judge Virginia W. Lay’s appointment to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
