The Journal of Global Health Law offers a new forum for exploring the contours of the field. Global health law is fragmented without a coherent body of standards. It includes instruments adopted under the framework of the WHO and other relevant international organizations, and a range of hard and soft law standards recognized in other branches of international law—such as human rights law, international humanitarian law, international environmental law, and international economic law.
As the first journal dedicated solely to global health law, we invite contributions with a global focus. Articles are welcomed from scholars from all over the world examining global health law, as well as its interaction with other fields, such as domestic legal systems and other forms of governance, whether they be domestic, regional, or global.

The Law & Policy Division of the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC) is dedicated to exploring the wide range of legal and policy issues that surround mass communication and free expression by supporting members’ research and teaching efforts. The division also plays a prominent role in AEJMC’s efforts to promote professional freedom and responsibility by serving as a bridge between academic work and public understanding on topics of free expression. Media Law Notes, the division’s quarterly trade journal, features articles and columns on current law and policy topics, bibliographies of recent scholarship, calls for communications law research, and information about division activities. The journal is not refereed. Articles and columns appearing in Media Law Notes are written by Law & Policy division members, most of whom are academics, graduate students, and attorneys. Content is reviewed and verified by the division clerk/newsletter editor for substantive contribution and stylistic clarity.

Migration and ethnicity are current and well-established areas of contemporary social research. New phenomena and processes in the world—globalization, increasing spatial mobility of people, delocalization and relocalization of culture—are the reason for the growing scientific interest in issues of migration, ethnicity and identity. The journal Migracijske i Etnicke Teme / Migration and Ethnic Themes opens the possibility of exchanging ideas, public debates and interdisciplinary dialogue to researchers dealing with this topic. The journal primarily publishes scientific articles on migration, migration-related issues and demographic changes, together with articles on different aspects of ethnicity and identity in any international, national, or cross-national context. Contributions reflect the theoretical advances and empirical analyses and studies within a broad range of disciplinary approaches and scientific disciplines (ethnology and anthropology, history, philology, humanistic sciences, demography, psychology, sociology, political science, law, economics, social sciences). The journal publishes primarily scientific articles, but also other contributions of scientific and professional interest: essays, professional papers, book reviews, notes on scientific meetings, etc. All articles have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and double-blind refereeing by a minimum of two anonymous reviewers (double-blind review). The journal is peer-edited and published by the research institute.

Transformation of Private Law (“TPL“, Polish: “Transformacje Prawa Prywatnego“) is a legal quarterly journal published regularly at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and edited by Prof. Dr. Fryderyk Zoll. The journal is addressed to researchers and practitioners specializing in modern civil law. Its goals include, but are not limited to, analysis of contemporary private law transformations, study of the impact of new technologies and social change on private law, and exposition of the doctrine of Central and Eastern European private law and presentation of its original character in international public discourse. The journal is peer-edited. All reviewers hold at least a PhD in law. The double-blind review rule is applied, meaning that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.
