Two Massachusetts state courts, which typically hire multiple law clerks from HLS, are gearing up their application processes for 2025.
The Supreme Judicial Court will begin accepting applications on April 1. As explained in their recent panel discussion, which is posted on their website and includes an HLS current clerk, there is some advantage to applying at the beginning of the application period. The Appeals Court will begin accepting applications on August 1 and meanwhile invites you to a Zoom panel discussion on Wednesday, March 27, 1:00-2:00 pm, on Zoom. The panel will be led by Associate Justice Kenneth V. Desmond, Jr. and will include an HLS alum currently clerking. Speaker bios are available for reference.
