Defendants appealed the trial court’s order vacating the consent judgment, enjoining future efforts to execute on the judgment, and awarding plaintiff monetary damages. Defendants initially obtained judgment against plaintiff in an unlawful detainer action, claiming that plaintiff was unlawfully occupying their property. The trial court imposed a monetary judgment but stayed execution if plaintiff vacated the property within 10 days. Plaintiff timely vacated the property, but defendants filed garnishments against plaintiff. Plaintiff filed suit, alleging that she entered the consent judgment based on defendants’ misrepresentations and that defendants pursued garnishment based on false representations.

Where one defendant had the claims against her dismissed, she lacked standing to appeal, and plaintiff’s suit alleging that the consent judgment was procured by fraud did not constitute an impermissible collateral attack.

Judgment is affirmed, appeal dismissed in part.
