2nd Circuit Hears Arguments on Religious Objections to NYC Employee Vaccine Mandate

The U.S. 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments yesterday in New Yorkers For Religious Liberty, Inc. v. The City of New York. (Mp3 audio of full oral arguments.) At issue are 1st and 14th Amendment challenges to New York City’s public employee COVID vaccine mandate by employees with religious objections to the vaccines. (See prior posting).
