If you are a Gmail user, you’re probably using the new integrated view interface which began rolling out at the start of this year. BGR reported that you won’t have an option to use the original interface after this month. Right now, you can click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select the option to “Go back to the original view.” That option will go away by the end of November. This means all users will be forced to use the integrated view.

The Google team said, “The integrated view with Gmail, Chat, Spaces, and Meet on the left side of the window will also become standard for users who have turned on Chat. Through quick settings, you can customize this new interface to include the apps most important to you, whether it’s Gmail by itself or a combination of Gmail, Chat, Spaces, and Meet.”
