There are many reasons that solo law practice is my chosen mode of law practice. At the top of the list are the ones that involve dealing with employees and partners. 1. If you don’t have employees, they can’t mess up. 2. If you are the only person who buys things, or writes the checks, you won’t end up with things you don’t want. 3. You will never pay $5,000 for a desk.
