samsung-galaxy-book-2-pro After 4 years of daily, rough and tumble use, I must retire my trusty Microsoft Surface Book 2. It is a tank, and weighs almost 4 pounds. But, I never used the 2 in 1 feature, since, even as a Windows tablet, it is too heavy to use. However, the thing that finally caused me to make the decision to put it in the drawer was the fact that 256 Gigs of storage just isn’t enough anymore. I kept having to transfer big files to a USB drive or the Micro SD card. I bought this computer in January, 2018, and it was a marvel of technical engineering then. However, I have purchased the new Version 2 of the great Samsung Galaxy Book, and will review it when received next week. It has great specs, Core I7 processor, 12th generation, and a 512 Gig drive storage, which should see me through several years. The best thing about it, is that it weighs just under 2 pounds, which is featherlight, and I won’t mind carrying it around everywhere. For the high end specs, it is really reasonably priced, and I am spending only $1,200, which is $1,000 cheaper than the Microsoft Book 2 four years ago. Additionally, since I already am a member of the Samsung universe, with an S21 ultra phone, and Samsung TVs, and the Galaxy 4  Smartwatch, all of which sync with each other, my only headache will be reinstalling all of my apps and data. Ugh. I have delayed buying a new computer until absolutely necessary because I hate the installation process so much. But, once I get everything loaded and setup, I anticipate a great experience with this new, thin, light marvel. Samsung galaxy book 2 pro
