I used to do tech training for law firms who were buying new software. It was like herding cats to get them to participate. But, it was mandatory, even if none of them paid attention or stayed for the whole class. I get it. Nobody likes to be required to attend training classes for something they don’t think they need. In solo practice, you only do what you want to do. Class dismissed.
