Omar Salah, partner in our Amsterdam office and professor at Tilburg University, has been induced into Class X of the NextGen Leadership Program of the International Insolvency Institute (III). The NextGen Leadership Program was established in 2012 and recognises the most prominent “rising stars” in the international insolvency area by inviting them to become members of the III. According to III, these professionals represent ‘the best of the future experts in international insolvency’. New appointees must be nominated by existing members of the III, approved by the III Executive Committee and recognised by the Board of Directors. Once they are in, NextGen candidates get opportunities to network and create scholarship with III members – the top cross-border insolvency professionals around the world who can only join by invitation.
