On Friday, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments in Cedar Park Assembly of God v. Kreidler. (Video of full oral arguments.) In the case, a Washington federal district court refused to grant a preliminary injunction to a church that objects to Washington’s SB 6219 which requires health insurance plans that cover maternity care to also cover abortions.
