GT Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity Associate Tyler Thompson will present the CLE webinar, “Website Accessibility: Issues Under the ADA, CCPA, and More,” on Thursday, May 6 at 12:00 p.m. MDT (2:00 p.m. EST). The webinar will focus on website accessibility requirements and compliance options, the intersection of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), new issues with overlays and plugins, the Unruh Civil Rights Act, and other key digital accessibility issues.

2021 is on pace to be the hottest year on record for ADA website accessibility claims. Paired with the accessibility requirements under the CCPA and other laws, as well as recent scrutiny on the effectiveness of accessibility overlays and plugins, website accessibility is more important than ever.
