New Chapter 11 Filing – Midway Market Square Elyria LLC

On October 27, 2020, Midway Market Square Elyria LLC filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (Case 20-23142).  As further detailed in the first day declaration, the company owns and operates a full-service shopping center in Elyria, OH. The company estimates $10 to $50 million in assets and liabilities.
