New Chapter 11 Filing – Pepi Companies, LLC

On September 24, 2020, Houston-based restaurant operator Pepi Companies, LLC d/b/a Alonti Cafe & Catering and eT Craft Burgers and Beer, among other names, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (Case No. 20-60056). Pepi reports $100,000 to $500,000 in assets and $10 million to $50 million in liabilities. Affiliate Alonti Corporation also filed on September 24, reporting $1 million to $10 million in both assets and liabilities. Pepi Companies, LLC’s petition can be found here.
