New Chapter 11 Filing – Herald Hotel Associates – S.D.N.Y.

On September 22, 2020, Herald Hotel Associates of New York, New York, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (Case No. 20-12266). The company reported total assets of $100,000,001 to $500 million and total liabilities of $10,000,001 to $50 million.
