The American Immigration Lawyers Association has sent a letter to CBP head Mark Morgan making a number of suggestions regarding altering procedures in the health care emergency. Among them are automatically extending I-94s, releasing vulnerable people detained at CBP facilities, and altering the MPP program for asylum applicants at the border.
