WC Hirshfield Moore, LLC, a Texas-based company, along with eight affiliates, filed a petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 20-10247). The lead debtor reports $10-$50 million in both assets and liabilities. The cases have been assigned to the Honorable John T. Dorsey.
