Pennsylvania-based Arsenal Resources Development LLC, along with 16 affiliates, has filed a petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 19-12347). The lead debtor reports assets and liabilities between $500 million and $1 billion. The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Brendan Linehan Shannon.
