Pennsylvania-based Fleetwood Acquisition Corp., along with two affiliates, has filed a petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 19-12330). The lead debtor reports assets between $10-$50 million and liabilities between $50-100 million. The cases have not yet been assigned to a judge.
