I don’t want them running around the office, poisoning the atmosphere. In large organizations, there exist people who, as Michael Wade calls them, are “hypersensitive or manipulative” souls who play gotcha with good people, and can cause the destruction of the organization. I love not having that problem within my walls. I have enough of those people outside the walls. There are barbarians at the gate.
