Perkins & Marie Callender’s, LLC, along with nine of its affiliates, filed a petition for relief under chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 19-11743-KG). The Debtors report estimated creditors of between 1,000 and 5,000, estimated assets of $50,000,001-$100 million and liabilities of $100,000,001-$500 million. The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Kevin Gross.
