- China continues to move forward one month at a time, and the EB-3 cut-off date (October 1, 2013) remains ahead of the EB-2 date (November 15, 2012)
- India EB-2 is stalled at April 15, 2008, while EB-3 moves forward one week to March 22, 2005
- Philippines EB-3 advances six weeks to October 15, 2011
- Worldwide EB-3 moves forward two months to October 1, 2016
