IMX Acquisition Corp., and three of its affiliates, have filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 16-12238). The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Brendan Linehan Shannon. The Debtors seek joint administration of these cases. The Debtors’ petition can be found here.
