Verso Corporation (VRSZ, OTC), a producer of printing papers, specialty papers and pulp, and 26 affiliated debtors have filed chapter 11 petitions before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (lead case number 16-10163). The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Kevin Gross. The voluntary petition (including the consolidated list of top 30 creditors), and the docket are available through Prime Clerk. The debtors have issued a press release discussing their restructuring plans.
