UK Appeals Coust Reduces Sentence of Former LIBOR Trader

On December 21, an appeals courts in the United Kingdom reduced the sentence of Tom Hayes, a former UBS and Citigroup trader, by three years.  Hayes was previously sentenced by a trial judge to 14 years for LIBOR manipulation.
