Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. (No. 10-10172) on April 8, 2015 in New Orleans. D. Todd Smith of Smith Law Group, P.C. (pictured) will argue for the appellant. The principal issue is whether a permanent injunction ordered as part of an arbitration award and incorporated into a final judgment confirming the award should be vacated as indefinite under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(d) and/or Section 10(a)(4) of the Federal Arbitration Act.
