The Pittsburgh Business Times reports on Antero Resources Corp’s recent acquisition of 12,000 net acres in Ohio: “In an operational update, the company said the acreage, for which it paid $240 million, is primarily in Monroe County. It said the acquisition gives it 115 new locations on which to drill, plus five producing horizontal wells and an eight-mile, high-pressure gathering pipeline.”
