The article, entitled “Environmental Compliance and Commitment From the Top, From the Experts,“ discusses the increasing focus on environmental compliance and how companies can develop effective guidelines to address compliance. The article warns that “Companies with effective compliance programs fare far better in a threatened criminal enforcement action than those without,” and provides advice on how to build an effective program.
